As an International Client Services Intern, you will document information accurately, coordinate with teammates, and communicate professionally to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree and expected to graduate after Aug 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
• Clear and professional communication demonstrated through coursework, work experience, leadership activities, projects, or extracurricular involvement.
• Ability to follow established processes, manage responsibilities through completion, and deliver reliable results.
• Ability to gather information, evaluate options, and determine appropriate next steps when addressing questions or challenges.
• Ability to learn new systems, terminology, policies, and business processes quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to create organized documentation, summaries, or written communications.
• Fluency in Chinese or Spanish aligned to business and role needs.
