Charles Schwab Corporation in Orlando is seeking an Associate, Bilingual Client Services Representative to support both international and domestic clients with a full range of service and trading needs across stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options. You will translate documents for internal partners, serve clients in Spanish and English, and work a flexible schedule including evening shifts.

Licenses Series 7 and 63 (or the path to obtain them) plus strong communication and integrity are

Qualifications

• Read, write, and speak Spanish in addition to English.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses required or ability to obtain within training time.
• Strong communication skills to establish trust with clients via phone/email.
• Able to work a structured schedule including lunch/break times as needed.
• Positive attitude with integrity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Service international and domestic clients with a full range of trading and account servicing needs.
• Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options.
• Translate documents for internal partners and support foreign-language clients as needed.
• Support evening and overnight shifts to assist clients in Stock Plan Services.
