Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support our CS team in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will screen candidates, review resumes, coordinate interview days, and help manage client communications.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong written and verbal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 10% may be required; benefits include PTO, health plans, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional or customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate phone and video screenings, interview prep and debrief, and coach candidates.
• Review resumes and qualify candidates based on client intake.
• Create interview packets and manage schedules with feedback.
• Schedule and take notes for supplier calls and interview days.
• Assist with pay/margin negotiations aligning with client expectations.
• Update HRIS systems and follow SOPs for client processes.
• Serve as point of contact for HR and workplace safety inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding background checks and candidate engagement.
• Track client metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and coordinate with managers.
