Job summary

Interactive Brokers Group, a leading global financial services company, is hiring for a Financial Services Representative in Fort Lauderdale. The role blends in-office collaboration four days a week with one remote day, focusing on resolving complex client issues and guiding users of IBKR platforms.

The ideal candidate has a math/technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and knowledge of stocks, options, futures, FX, and fixed income.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree required.
• Fluency in Portuguese (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Experience in financial services preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients.
• In-depth understanding of stocks, options, futures, FX, and fixed income.
• Working knowledge of exchange operations, margin methodologies, and product specs.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve routine and complex client service issues thoroughly and expeditiously, using sound judgment and courtesy.
• Respond to inquiries about IBKR platforms, cash deposits/withdrawals, and account tasks.
• Coordinate activities with local and international Client Service teams and other departments.
• Document interactions in the CRM and provide clear solutions to clients.
