Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist clients.
• Greet clients who visit the office.
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish.
• Schedule appointments and callbacks.
• Follow up for documents and information.
• Assist with onboarding new clients.
• Update CRM and client records.
• Organize documents and admin files.
• Follow up on quotes and applications.
• Provide general administrative and operational support.
