Job summary

Vectra Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., seeks a bilingual Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Southwest Denver, CO branch. This part-time role (25 hours) focuses on delivering top-notch customer service, handling transactions, and supporting clients in achieving financial goals.

The position requires bilingual skills (Spanish or Vietnamese), weekend availability, and solid cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math, cashiering, balancing and banking knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to cross-sell banking products.
• Ability to process debit/credit transactions accurately per policies.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions in line with policies and balance records.
• Assist clients with open accounts, transfers, checks, and card activations.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
