Job summary

This full-time role, with a Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM–6 PM) and no Saturday hours, supports opening new accounts and maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance. Banking experience preferred and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, checks, and bond handling.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, money market, certificates).
• Provide account balance information and issue receipts.
• Maintain customer records and files; perform routine maintenance.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with product and service needs.
• Reconcile cash in drawer at shift end.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
