Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual Spanish and English highly preferred.
• Basic math, cashiering and banking product knowledge recommended.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and maintain balancing records.
• Assist clients with services: new accounts, ATM cards, money transfers, checks and loan payments.
• Resolve client issues directly or refer to relevant branch resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the branch.
