Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. in Tulsa, OK, seeks a Client Service Specialist to support daily client servicing, maintain files, and coordinate with Account Managers. You will prepare client reports and assist with wellness program coordination and proposals.

You will engage with clients and carriers, utilize Relation templates, and contribute to marketing materials and enrollment communications. A license within 90 days is required, with 3+ years of service experience and bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in Customer Service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Life, Health and Accident license required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing administrative support and coordinates with Account Managers to ensure timely, accurate client deliverables.
• Serves as secondary contact and internal back up for Account Manager.
• Meets with clients and insurance company representatives as requested.
• Creates client reports using Relation templates and software; prepares other reports as needed.
• Assists with developing wellness programs and coordinating health fair vendor participation.
• Assists with proposals and development of marketing materials and enrollment communications.
• Maintains carrier files with updated contracts and correspondence; supports government/compliance communications.
• Adopts AI solutions to enhance client service and efficiency.
