Job summary

Vectra Bank is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Southwest Denver, CO area. The role requires bilingual skills (Spanish or Vietnamese) and focuses on delivering top-notch customer service at the Southwest branch.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, opening accounts, transfers, and cross-selling bank products. Availability Monday through Saturday is preferred; benefits begin day one and a competitive hourly wage is offered.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with established policies and procedures, maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identifies and addresses clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing checks, performing account maintenance, activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, etc.
• Resolves clients' problems either through direct action or by referral to other branch or bank resources.
• Identifies and maximizes cross-sell opportunities through exploring clients' needs.

We are looking for a part-time (25 hours)Client Service Associate (Teller) that is bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese to provide top notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Southwest branch in Denver, CO. Essential Functions:

• Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, whilemaintainingan acceptable balancing record.
• Identifiesand addresses clients' needs byprovidinga variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
• Resolvesclients'problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Identifiesand maximizes cross-sellbanksopportunities through exploring needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solidbalancingand customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based onclients'needs.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $20.00 - $22.50 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
