Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive, friendly service and greeting clients; manage lobby flow and scheduling.
• Exceed client expectations by assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and connecting clients to experts.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, in compliance with policies.
