Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and help open new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking with Chase digital tools and self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in accordance with policies.
