Job summary

In Home Wellcare seeks an experienced Bilingual Coordinator, Client & Caregiver Support to organize caregiver schedules and communicate with clients and caregivers. This role ensures continuous client coverage, accurate documentation, and EVV compliance in a fast-paced home care setting.

You will use Axxess to maintain caregiver availability, confirm schedules, and respond to last-minute changes. Requires at least 2 years in home care or healthcare office, and bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in a home care agency, healthcare office, or similar setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience with home care scheduling and caregiver coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of EVV systems and requirements.
• Experience with Axxess or similar scheduling software preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and caregivers, handling calls and scheduling needs.
• Coordinate and maintain client and caregiver schedules in Axxess.
• Confirm client service schedules and maintain caregiver availability.
• Schedule, adjust, and coordinate shifts for uninterrupted client coverage.
• Assist with last-minute call-outs and coverage changes.
• Communicate schedule changes to clients, caregivers and team members promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of communications and scheduling updates.
• Monitor EVV activity and assist with discrepancies.
• Follow agency policies and EVV requirements.
• Gather client feedback and communicate changes to the team.
• Assist applicants and new caregivers with onboarding as needed.
• Provide general office and administrative support.
