What will I be doing?

1. You will work with various internal teams to resolve client and customer concerns, escalated issues, and serve as an ambassador for TreviPay.
2. Interact with business customers to resolve outstanding receivable issues.
3. Facilitate the execution of collections treatment schedule, including calls, treatment emails, account suspension, and recovery placement.
4. Make daily business-to-business collection calls.

What do I need to succeed?

1. Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish & English (Written & Verbal).
2. Excellent communicator, with a willingness to share your knowledge.
3. Collections experience is preferred.
4. Exceptional attention to detail is required.
5. Experienced with Microsoft Excel.
6. Effective written and oral communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills.
7. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
8. 1 year of invoice and payment reconciling experience; preferably in a B2B setting including accounts receivable.
9. Open to learning new processes and techniques.
10. Strong negotiation skills under difficult circumstances.
11. Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
12. Minimum of a high school diploma preferred.
13. Excellent customer service skills.
