Qualifications

• Associate degree, two years of college coursework, or the passage of the Paraprofessional’s Exam.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Teacher with classroom activities and support student learning.
• Help plan classroom activities as directed by the Teacher and School Leader.
• Assist with school activities such as meetings, events, and chaperoning.
• Perform clerical duties like grading papers and making copies.
• Assist the Teacher in the use of classroom technology.
• Help maintain cleanliness of classroom and lunchroom.
• Follow the school’s philosophy and mission in all activities.
• Take on other duties as assigned, including field trips and duty oversight.
