State of Washington is seeking a Bilingual Program Coordinator to support Claims Administration by coordinating bilingual travel for IME and non-IME appointments. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and close collaboration with Claims Managers to ensure timely processing and communication.

The position is based in Tumwater, WA, with training in-office and a telework option after proficiency is demonstrated. Strong typing and customer service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Ability and skill to type at least 40 wpm with a small error rate.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Correspond in English and Spanish with workers, employers, and attorneys.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for IME appointments and ensure accurate travel logs.
• Act as liaison between workers, attorneys, employers, medical providers, and Claims Managers.
