Washington State Department of Labor & Industries is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist 2 to translate documents between Spanish and English and to provide bilingual customer support in a fast-paced call center.

You will handle a high volume of calls (up to 100+ daily), resolve issues in English and Spanish, and assist visitors at the Rotunda Desk; telework is allowed occasionally after training, with Tumwater as the duty station.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years' client support experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; ability to translate between languages.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center.

• Respond to a high volume of customer telephone inquiries using a multi-line telephone system.
• Translate Agency documents between Spanish and English.
• Resolve customer service questions in English and Spanish.
• Assist Rotunda Reception Desk and direct visitors.
• Input data into computer programs quickly and accurately.
