One80 Intermediaries is seeking a Claims Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish) to join our growing team. The role centers on delivering high-quality customer service to retailers and customers by handling calls, emails, and claims processing for furniture-related services.

The position requires proficient communication, 6+ months intake experience, and the ability to navigate the claims lifecycle, including inspections, coverage decisions, and settlements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of intake process experience.
• Completed training and knowledge of claim workflows.
• Ability to process existing claims accurately.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient with computer systems and data entry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Proficient in call handling with soft skills.
• Teamwork orientation and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily inbound and outbound communications (phone, email).
• Manage inquiries across the full claim lifecycle, including coverage checks and authorizations.
• Monitor open claims and follow up to close with accuracy and service.
• Respond promptly to retailers, customers, and manufacturers.
• Review inspection packets and decide on warranty replacements or denials.
• Offer service solutions for out-of-warranty or non-covered products.
• Explain retailer portal basics and guide claims guidance.
• Handle technician calls and document updates with follow-up actions.
• Assist intake specialist duties as needed.
