One80 Intermediaries is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Claims Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to retailers and customers across claims, inspections, and settlements. You will manage inbound/outbound communications, review packets, and facilitate service solutions with professionalism and accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong computer and keyboard skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily inbound and outbound communication coverage by phone and email.
• Manage inquiries and follow-up across the full claim process.
• Review and monitor open claims; follow up to close with accuracy.
• Respond promptly to retailers, customers, and manufacturers.
• Review Inspection Packets to determine warranty actions.
• Offer service solutions for out-of-warranty or non-covered items.
