American Family Insurance is seeking a customer-focused Claims Support Specialist to manage inbound and outbound calls, assess coverage, interpret estimates, and process payments for FNOL and related tasks. This role supports bilingual English/Spanish customers and may assist with low-complexity inventory.

The position offers work mainly from home with occasional office participation. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates, with a compensation range of $25.00 to $31.88 per

Formación

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
• Demonstrated ability to review and apply coverage, assign services, interpret estimates and adjuster notes, and process payments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and problem solve.
• Must pass bilingual assessments in reading, understanding, writing and conversing fluently in both Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews and applies coverage, assign services, interpret estimates and adjuster notes, and process payments.
• Plans and organizes to service customer claims and FNOLs.
• Handles interactions via inbound/outbound calls and digital channels.
• Completes FNOL and cross-functional responsibilities with multiple lines of business across the enterprise.
• Works independently and solves problems.
