American Family Insurance is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish agent to handle phone and digital interactions for new and existing claims, assisting with immediate needs. The role supports the claims process, FNOL, and inventory management as needed.

This primarily home-based position offers relocation support for eligible candidates. You will use claim systems, interact with adjusters, and provide exceptional customer service while coordinating across business lines.

Formación

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience providing customer-driven solutions or service.
• Ability to review coverage, assign services, interpret notes, and process payments.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Experience handling interactions via calls and digital channels.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews and applies coverage, assigns services, interprets estimates and adjuster notes, and processes payments.
• Manages claims and FNOL with efficient planning and organization.
• Handles inbound/outbound calls and digital communications with customers.
• Completes FNOL and cross-functional tasks across lines of business.
• Maintains claim inventory and supports low-complexity inventory tasks.
