Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalency.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• One year of related work experience in customer relations (minimum).
• Three years' experience preferred.
• Valid class C driver’s license from Texas DPS.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line phone system within 3 rings in a professional, courteous manner.
• Provide account information and route requests to appropriate services.
• Assist with clerical/data entry tasks and use various software and phone systems.
• Participate in payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks as needed.
• Prepare requests for quotations and purchase orders; support other divisions as required.
