Responsibilities

• Serve as supervisor for city delivery service functions.
• Coordinate with city delivery dispatcher to ensure invoicing to spoke stores.
• Investigate shipping and inventory discrepancies and correct them promptly.
• Manage shrink and payroll related to hub operation.
• Oversee hub delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Ensure routes are followed and vehicles are well maintained and inspected.
