Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Las Vegas to support coaching and leading the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products and services.

The role offers strong base pay with commissions, ongoing paid training, and clear growth paths within the My Wireless network. You will drive sales, manage store operations, and mentor staff while maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

Experience leading a team in retail or customer-facing environments.
Ability to coach and develop staff to exceed sales and service standards.
Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
Execute and exceed on all sales and operations initiatives.
Assist Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
Assist in training and developing team members.
Help customers make informed buying decisions with outstanding service.
