Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 3+ years coaching, training, or supervising in early childhood settings.
• Experience budgeting, fiscal management, or childcare business practices.
• Understanding of ADHS/DES childcare regulations.
• Applied adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching and training leading to sustainable improvements for childcare providers (ECBS).
• Build relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to meet funding requirements.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops across Arizona.
• Prepare data-informed reports and presentations for leadership and participants.
• Collaborate with leadership to set objectives and track progress.
