This full-time role requires fluency in Spanish and English, cultural competency, and experience in small business management. The position involves a mix of in-person and remote work, with a competitive salary between $70,000 and $75,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years professional experience in small business management or economic development.
• Experience in community outreach and building trusted relationships.
• Ability to create and analyze financial documents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WBDC entrepreneurial programming through training and advising.
• Assist clients with launching and growing a small business.
• Enhance programs to meet changing client needs.
