Responsibilities

• Visits company worksites weekly to build trust and relationships.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families.
• Assists with funerals and grief support for affected employees.
• Coordinates referrals to specialized resources for needs.
• Represents the chaplain team with clients during ministry activities.
