Marketplace Chaplains places chaplains to serve company employees and their families remotely across client sites in the field. The role is part-time, 2–6 hours per week in Aurora, CO, with a bilingual Spanish requirement and regular on-site visits as needed.

Chaplains provide confidential pastoral discussions, grief support, and referrals, while upholding Christian values and professional ethics. Prioritizes compassionate service and respectful interaction with diverse employees and leadership.

Formación

• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary group and interfaith setting.
• Excellent listening and written communication; capable of confidential discussions.
• Active Spanish language skills required for client interactions.
• Strong sense of ethics, compassion, and Christian values in daily work.
• Proven ability to document accurately according to standards.

Responsabilidades

• Visits company worksites weekly to build trust and relationships.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families.
• Assists with funerals and grief support for affected employees.
• Coordinates referrals to specialized resources for needs.
• Represents the chaplain team with clients during ministry activities.
