Job summary

Centro de la Familia in Utah seeks a Center Aide Substitute to support classroom activities, supervise playgrounds, and promote the health, safety, and readiness of our youngest learners across multiple centers.

This entry‑level role offers growth through collaboration with teachers and specialists, with a preference for bilingual Spanish and English speakers, CPR/First Aid and Food Handler permits, and a path toward CDA or AA in Early Childhood Education.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role welcoming candidates with enthusiasm to work with children, including those with special needs and limited English proficiency.
• CPR/First Aid certifications and Food Handler permits are preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred; CDA or AA in ECE advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in classroom activities and support teachers.
• Supervise playgrounds to ensure safety and well-being of children.
• Support health, safety, and school readiness across locations.
• Contribute to transportation, kitchen operations, family services, and developmental activities as needed.
