Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of work experience required.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and a self-starter.
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
• Bilingual English & Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide Continuing Education program information to current and prospective students and the general public.
• Provide registration services to Continuing Education students; assist students with forms and records.
• Safeguard student information and documents per FERPA guidelines.
• Participate in Continuing Education events, recruiting outings, workshops and fairs.
• Support program coordinators in creating new and existing courses.
• Contact students about schedule changes and class cancellations.
• Complete data entry and daily tasks per College policies.
