You will keep the sales floor clean and stocked, support store operations, and follow company policies while providing accurate pricing, handling returns, and answering questions to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to accurately operate a Point of Sale system and handle cash and electronic transactions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication with customers.

• Greet customers and deliver Best of the WEST customer service throughout the shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including returns and exchanges.
