Cavender’s is seeking a Bilingual Cashier to deliver the Best of the WEST customer service experience in a fast-paced retail setting. The role requires greeting customers, processing transactions accurately, and providing helpful product information in both English and Spanish.

The successful candidate will maintain a clean, stocked sales floor, assist with merchandising, and follow all store policies and safety procedures while ensuring a positive shopping experience for diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale system and handle cash/electronic transactions.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, understanding).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver Best of the WEST service.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with finding items and answer product questions.
• Maintain clean, organized and stocked sales floor; restock displays as needed.
• Follow store policies and participate in daily store tasks and safety procedures.
