The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. You will support store operations and uphold Cavender’s policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale system and handle cash and electronic transactions.
• Ability to lift, move, and position merchandise.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver engaging service throughout the shopping experience.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain merchandise accuracy and organize displays.
• Answer product and pricing questions and assist with store locations and inventory.
• Keep the sales floor clean and stocked and assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Report safety concerns and follow the store's policies.
• Support merchandising updates and price changes.
