This essential onsite role involves managing a case load of up to 25 clients, delivering housing placement and supportive services. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least a year of case management experience, along with fluency in Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related discipline required.
• 1 year’s experience providing case management services.
• Fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage a case load of up to 25 clients in scattered sites.
• Develop individualized housing stability plans.
• Assist clients with housing applications and resources.

Skills

Fluency in Spanish
