Job summary

Family Service League of Suffolk County, Inc is seeking a full-time Bilingual Spanish Case Manager for the Home Safe program. The Case Manager will provide direct services to parents involved with child protective services, complete program documentation, and track milestones and outcomes according to DSS and FSL guidelines.

Qualifications

High School diploma with 4 years experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience required.
Ability to work with diverse populations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

Conduct linkage, coordination, advocacy and mentoring.
Focus services on goal achievement related to child protective services involvement.
Work with clients in a culturally and linguistically responsive manner.
Maintain documentation of all client interactions and progress.
