Compass Connections in Baytown, Texas is seeking a qualified individual to deliver clinical services. Applicants should have a Master's degree in social work or a relevant behavioral science with at least two years of direct service delivery experience. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or Ph.D. in a related field with two years of direct service delivery experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus five years of clinical employment experience in behavioral sciences.
• Two years related experience and/or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines.
• Provide counseling and crisis management as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and report required information.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
