• Enter information in Salesforce and UC Portal as required by agency policy.
• Review Salesforce and UC Portal for compliance with guidelines and standards.
• Document information related to delays in the reunification process.
• Review and sign children’s records according to policy and contract standards.
• Participate in meetings and team decisions and operations.
• Assist in workshops and education programs for professional growth.
• Maintain records, files, forms and statistics per agency policies and licensing requirements.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed by supervisor.
• Implement safety protocols including evacuations with children and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality in all areas of operations.
• Adhere to Compass Connections standards of conduct and dress code.
