Responsibilities

• Provide career coaching and planning for participants.
• Maintain an active caseload of 30-50 participants.
• Assist participants through phases of the Opportunity Accelerator framework.
• Document coaching sessions and progress in Case Worthy.
• Collaborate with Workforce Pathways and Mission Services teams.
• Support events, orientations, and job fairs as needed.
