Qualifications

• Three years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones courteously and directs callers to the appropriate staff.
• Greets customers in the front lobby, provides program information, and refers to staff.
• Provides initial assessment as the first point of contact.
• Provides orientation to Career Center services.
• Assists customers in the Resource Room with job search activities.
• Maintains participant records and organizes filing.
• Operates office equipment and assists with general clerical tasks.
