Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in career planning, placement, or related field.
• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Knowledge of education and community resources; coaching principles.
• Ability to work with diverse population.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Michigan Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers' career readiness and identify barriers.
• Develop Career Plans with goals and placement strategy.
• Provide counseling and referrals to training/workshops.
• Maintain case reports and MIS documentation.
• Coordinate with Talent Sourcing to connect customers with opportunities.
