Help at Home, CSI’s in-home care provider, is hiring an On-site Care Supervisor Lead in Miami to oversee Care Supervisors, coordinate schedules, and ensure exceptional client and caregiver experiences. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, with 3+ years in healthcare and 2+ years in supervision, is expected.

The role emphasizes coaching, compliance, and operational excellence in daily client services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• At least three years of healthcare experience (home health preferred).
• Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Care Supervisors and assigns responsibilities.
• Coordinates Care Giver schedules to ensure client service.
• Maintains compliance and documents issues for escalation.
• Conducts team meetings and provides coaching and feedback.
• Manages caregiver and client records and communications.
