Job summary

UCB Inc. is seeking a bilingual Onward Care Coordinator to support Spanish- and English-speaking patients remotely, aligned with West Coast PST hours.

You will be the primary contact for patients in the Rare Disease Patient Support program, delivering high-touch, non-clinical assistance focused on access, affordability, and adherence. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of patient-facing clinical experience; or 4 years plus 2+ years in industry as RN/Pharmacist or similarly qualified professional.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Willing and able to work remotely during West Coast PST hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Spanish- and English-speaking patients and caregivers.
• Deliver personalized support using empathy, active listening, and behavioral science skills.
• Explain insurance coverage, access pathways, and affordability support options.
• Provide non-clinical education and refer medical questions to healthcare providers.
• Help patients prepare for productive conversations with their healthcare providers.
• Follow privacy, safety, adverse-event reporting, and program operating requirements.
