Job summary

Inland Respite in Corona, CA is seeking a bilingual Care Coordinator to serve families and respite providers by managing schedules, verifying documentation, and ensuring accurate timekeeping. You will support utilization monitoring and provide technical assistance while maintaining compliant service delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating shifts, reviewing timecards, and maintaining EVV accuracy, with hybrid, full-time hours and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in Human Services or related field.
• Familiarity with developmental disabilities preferred.
• HIPAA compliance and handling of sensitive information.
• Driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for families and Respite Care Providers; manage schedules and service support.
• Ensure documentation compliance (IPP, Parent Packets, employment conditions, EVV signatures).
• Review timecard entries for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze timecard data for consistency and track provider availability.
• Coordinate filling open shifts and communicate staffing needs to leadership.
• Maintain WellSky records and support service utilization monitoring.
