Job summary

IEHP in Rancho Cucamonga, CA seeks a Coordinator - Integrated Transitional Care for a short-term assignment. This role supports the clinical team by processing authorization requests, verifying eligibility, and obtaining information as requested.

Must be bilingual English/Spanish, pass a language assessment, and bring data entry experience, ICD-10 and CPT coding knowledge, and strong customer service. High school diploma or GED required; data entry in managed care preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of data entry experience; preferably in an HMO or Managed Care setting.
• Experience with utilization management is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for bilingual code only; written and verbal skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Process authorization requests and manage timely data entry.
• Verify patient eligibility and coordinate information required by the Integrated Transitional Care Nurse.
• Gather additional information as requested and support non-clinical functions for the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with quality goals.
