Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with ability to pass language assessments.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
• Experience meeting productivity, quality, or service metrics.
• Experience documenting and updating member information across multiple apps and platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage members by phone to encourage participation in care management programs.
• Complete required assessments and questionnaires to identify health risks and care needs.
• Assist members with scheduling doctor’s appointments or connecting with care resources.
• Identify and address barriers to preventive screenings, benefits, and health services.
• Help members understand and access benefits contributing to health and well-being.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in an auto-dialer with member documentation.
