Job summary

Griswold is seeking a Care Coordinator for our in-office team in Southwest Florida. You will blend customer service with scheduling and case management to deliver compassionate care to clients, families, and caregivers.

You will engage in phone conversations, home visits, and collaborative team efforts to ensure services meet high-quality standards. Applicants must be fluent in English and Spanish and possess strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to communicate with clients and families.
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional phone presence.
• Strong organization and documentation habits for case files.
• Ability to schedule, coordinate caregiver placements and visits.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Office Manager on scheduling, marketing, recruiting, and admin tasks.
• Conduct telephone intakes and initial home visits with new clients.
• Perform follow-up visits to ensure satisfaction and high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling, caregiver placements, replacements, and substitutions.
• Resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain up-to-date client and caregiver files to support compliance.
• Screen, interview, and match caregivers to clients’ needs.
