• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Create an Exceptional Candidate Experience.
• Welcome candidates, employees, clients, and visitors to our office.
• Help applicants navigate the online application and onboarding process.
• Answer questions and provide support throughout the hiring journey.
• Ensure every interaction is positive, professional, and welcoming.
• Assist candidates with login issues, passwords, and application troubleshooting.
• Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and inquiries from applicants, employees, and customers.
• Support candidates through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth experience.
• Partner with recruiters to help connect qualified candidates with open opportunities.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting team.
