Job summary

Saddleback Church in San Juan Capistrano is seeking a part-time Campus Team Associate to support the campus operations behind the scenes. You will keep calendars, data, and facilities moving, enabling pastors and directors to lead, disciple, and care for a bilingual church family.

Two+ years in admin/operations, data handling in church software, and strong English/Spanish communication are desired. On-site weekend work and events are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in an administrative, coordinator, or operations role.
• Coordinating vendors, contractors, or facility requests.
• Planning and managing events with many moving parts.
• Data entry and reporting in a church management system or database.

Responsibilities

• Manage the campus room scheduling calendar, resolving conflicts across English and Spanish groups.
• Serve as staff point of contact for volunteer Operations Dream Team; communicate weekly setup needs.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors; track scope and completion, ensuring insurance and approvals.
• Build and send the weekly eNews and coordinate campus communications calendars.
• Own registration, supplies, and logistics checklists for Family Sundays and events.
• Support Campus Pastor calendar and prepare staff meeting agendas; track action items.
