Hurtt Clinic is seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to answer the main clinic phone, route calls, and schedule patient appointments across multiple departments and providers in Tustin, CA. Qualifications

• Bilingual in Vietnamese, Korean, or Mandarin with English comprehension and medical terminology.
• Experience in busy call centers or medical reception is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Answer main clinic line and route calls to appropriate departments.
• Schedule patient appointments for various departments and providers.
• Maintain knowledge of appointment policies and procedures for accuracy.
• Route messages and faxed documents to appropriate staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
