Job summary

Hurtt Family Health Clinic Inc is seeking a Call Center Representative to handle incoming calls, route to departments, and schedule patient appointments across all clinic locations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Tustin, CA with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and occasional rotating weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Vietnamese, Korean, or Mandarin, with experience in a busy call center or medical reception and proficient in basic typing and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Vietnamese, Korean or Mandarin with English comprehension of medical terms.
• 6 months to 1 year of call center or medical receptionist experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• EMR systems knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments for medical, dental, mental health, chiropractic and optometry visits.
• Maintains knowledge of appointment policies to ensure accurate scheduling.
• Routes calls to appropriate staff promptly.
• Participates in staff and educational meetings.
• Maintains confidentiality of all telephone calls and messages.
• Receives faxed documents and distributes to staff.
• Routes or replies to messages in the clinic voice mailbox.
• Enters requests into EMR and forwards to appropriate staff.
• Maintains professionalism as HFHC Ambassador on calls.
