Job summary

MRS Associates in Taylor, AL is seeking Bi-Lingual Call Center Agents fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. The role focuses on debt collection and customer service for Blue-Chip clients, with training and opportunities for advancement.

Training runs 8am-3:30pm Monday-Friday for the first two weeks, then hours are Monday-Friday 10am-7pm. We offer competitive compensation, PTO, benefits after 30 days, 401K, and monthly bonuses tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required or strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Contact members with delinquent loans and facilitate payment arrangements.
• Negotiate to minimize delinquency while maintaining positive relationships.
• Update member information on delinquent accounts and verify payment history.
• Review reports and balance statuses to ensure accuracy.
• Act as a liaison between businesses and customers to resolve obligations.
